As you may have noticed, the new Form 990 has been redesigned. There are more required disclosures intended to provide greater transparency to readers of the 990.
As these changes have greatly increased the level of work required to complete the 990, the Internal Revenue Service has launched a new case study and video program titled “The New Form 990: Getting Started” to help illustrate key points and answer important questions about the 990.
